We just received our living room pieces today. As recent empty nesters, it was time to upgrade to heirloom pieces, so we shopped for quality. We ordered a mission double bookcase and TV stand. We shopped online and could not find matching pieces, so we found what we liked in each and through the ordering process we were able to create a set, with matching hardware....no charge. We were told they would deliver at 8:30 am, and our doorbell was rung at 8:29:45am. From the first click on the web page, to the phone calls we made to ask questions, to the special services offered to make sure we got what we were looking for, to the online payment options, to the spot on delivery and set up. I don't feel we got what we paid for....we got so much more!
