I purchased a dining room set from Shipshewana furniture co a few years ago and received an outstandingly well built dinning room set including a bench. A few months ago, I notice a small split underneath the bench. After trying to fix it myself, Anna, from Shipshewana contacted a local furniture repair where i live and at their expense, had the bench fixed. Not do I give Shipshewana 5 STARS for quality product, but also 5 STARS for outstanding customer service. I recommend Shipshewana furniture for anyone interested in the very best of furniture. Also the process to purchase over the phone and over the internet worked very smoothly when i first order the dining room set.
